Select the document profile you want to optimize.

These settings determine which document definitions are optimized according to their status. You can select one, two, or all three of the settings, in any combination.

Update documents

Select this if you want any changes you make to the field values to be saved in the documents.

If you do not select this, changes are saved only in the document definitions.

Note: This option also locks the documents so that a document cannot be processed in Verify or the other production modules while you are optimizing its document definition.
