Use these settings when creating, copying, or upgrading a document profile:

The name of the document profile. This setting is read-only on the Upgrade document profile dialog. |
| Country |
The country your documents come from. This box determines which country profile is used. This setting is read-only on the Upgrade document profile dialog. If you need to change the setting, please see Connecting fields to business logic. |
| Type |
The type of document. The available types depend on which country profile you use. Examples include PO for purchase order documents and GE for general expense documents. |
| Description |
A description of the selected document type. |
| Create/Upgrade |
Creates/updates the document profile as specified. |
