What are learning documents?

A learning document is a copy of a document that you use for learning in the Optimize module. These copies are normally saved in the database and are not saved as TIFF files.

Every document definition must have one or more learning documents connected to it.

How are they created?

You set the maximum number of learning documents for each document definition in the Learning documents settings. You can also choose if you want learning documents only for unidentified documents or for all documents.

A learning document is created by Verify in these situations:
