The Column Options dialog

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. Access Document Manager from within XBOUND applications, for example from Document Verifier:

  2. Right-click a column heading and select Column options.

Use the Columns settings to select which columns to display in the Document Manager. The following columns are available.

Tip: You can Closedchange the order in which the columns are displayed in the Document Manager:

  1. Deselect a column in the list and close the dialog.

  2. Reopen the Column Options dialog and select the column again.

  3. Close the dialog. That column now appears on the far right.

Important: Do not deselect all of the columns at the same time. If you do, there will not be any column headings to right-click and you cannot access this dialog.

Client name

The client that the documents belong to.

Process name

The process that the documents are being processed in.

Process step name

The process step that the documents are in.

Document name

The document name.

Status

The task/document status. ("OK" is the same as "Ready".)

Description

Document information that can be seen in the Process Monitor if they are maintained.

Info

Document type

The document type.

Priority

The priority assigned when the document type was created. This can also be changed in the Change Priority dialog.

Sub-document count

The number of sub-documents and media that the root document contains.

Tip: These can be used for counting sub-documents or media.

Media count

Creation date

When the document was created.

Original document name

The name of the document when it was first created.

Name

The current name of the document.

Identifier

The document's unique identifying number.

Last process step

The most recent process step in which the document was processed.

Last user

The user who most recently accessed the document.

Note: For this column to be visible, it must be defined in the privileges for the current user. See Predefined privileges for more information.

Last access

When the document was most recently accessed.
