Activate statistics

If selected, statistical data is collected. To stop collecting statistical data, deselect this option.

Write history data

ClosedHistorical data is saved directly to the Statistics database, if Activate statistics is selected.

This option makes it possible to trace changes to documents or fields. It is possible to evaluate which fields were changed, and when (such as during Verification), or whether a document's document type was changed.

If statistics are activated but the Statistics database is not available, an error message is displayed and the data is written to the XBOUND database (the production database) so that it can later be synchronized (by clicking the Synchronize now button).

Synchronize now button

Click Synchronize now and confirm with Yes. The statistical data and (if selected) history data from the production database start synchronizing to the statistics database. Wait until the action has finished.

This can take several minutes or even hours, depending on the amount of production data and the database server's performance.
