SignWare Installation

• First of all please copy all files to a local directory. The directory
  • docs contains the entire S²-API documentation.
  • c-api provides the core functionality of SignWare as C-functions.
  • j-api contains the wrapper to access SignWare objects from a java virtual machine.
• For architecture linux-i386, copy the *.so and *.so.* files from directory c-api/linux-i386 to /usr/lib.
• For architecture linux-x86_64, copy the *.so and *.so.* files from directory c-api/linux-x86_64 to /usr/lib64 or /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu (depending on the Linux distribution)
• If you want to render text (e.g., for background images), install fontconfig and freetype.
