STP by Vendor

This graph displays extraction results for each of the four extraction categories as well as the total documents for the selected vendor.

Click on a bar in the graph to view more details.

Across the top of the screen are several drop-down lists that enable to you to filter the results displayed in the chart below. Selections made here are saved and applied the next time you open this or another view. If a selection made here does not appear in another view, it is ignored.

Time

Sets the filter to display invoices for a specific time frame. The following values are possible, depending on the report: Last 5 days, Last 10 days, Last 15 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Last 12 months.

Country

This list includes all countries related to processed invoices. (Default: All Countries)

Vendors

This list includes all vendors related to processed invoices. (Default: All Vendors)

Organization

Select an organization to filter what invoices are displayed in the graphs below. You can choose from the following organizations. (Default: All Orgs)

  • All Orgs

  • <Your Org Name>/<Org Business Unit>

Where <Your Org Name> is one or more organizations from your installation and <Org Business Unit> is a business unit configured for that organization. If there is no business unit for that organization, the result is <Your Org Name> / —.

Fields

This list includes all fields related to processed invoices. (Default: All Fields)

Reset Filters

Click this button to return the above filters back to their default values.

At the bottom of the window, there are several options so that you can access this data outside of Analytics for Tungsten AP Agility.

Export to Excel

Exports the current results to Microsoft Excel.

Wrap

Enables you to select if the filtered results wrap in the table. When disabled, a scroll bar enables you to view columns that are off the screen. When enabled, all columns fit into the window with the values wrapping in their cells.

Filter

Click to open the Filter conditions window.

Changes made to the filters refine the list displayed in this window.

Active

If you have set a filter, you can toggle between the filtered view and the unfiltered view. If you have already clicked Reset, you can click Active to return to the filtered list of invoices.

Reset

Enables you to remove the filters and return to the original view. You can click Active to return to the filtered view.

Count

Indicates the total number of invoices in the current view. This is updated whenever a filter is applied or removed.
