Rotates the specified LayerAnnotation by the given DocumentRotation

Parameters

rotation
Type: Atalasoft.Annotate.DocumentRotation
The rotation to apply.
layer
Type: Atalasoft.Annotate.UI.LayerAnnotation
The layer to rotate.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
Thrown if the layer is null (Nothing in VB).
Remarks
If the annotation is translucent, the location will be changed but the annotation itself will not be rotated.
