Rotates the specified layer.

Parameters

rotation
Type: Atalasoft.AnnotateDocumentRotation
The amount of rotation.
layer
Type: Atalasoft.Annotate.UILayerAnnotation
The layer to rotate.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
Thrown if the layer is null (Nothing in VB).
Remarks
If the annotation has a Translucent property set to true or its CanRotate property set to false, its location will change but it will not rotate.
