WpfAnnotationCanvasRotateDocument Method (DocumentRotation, WpfLayerAnnotation)

Rotates the annotations in 90 degree increments for the specified layer.

The rotation amount.
layer

The layer to rotate or null (Nothing in VB) to rotate all layers.
