Saves all loaded annotations to a stream.

The stream to which the data will be saved.
formatter: Type: System.Runtime.SerializationIFormatter
The formatter used to save the annotations.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	Thrown if any parameters passed in are null (Nothing in VB).
ArgumentException	Thrown if the stream does not have write access.
