Reads a TW_UINT32 from the current Position and advances the position.

The uint value at the current position.
Exceptions

Thrown if the TwainMemory has been disposed.
Thrown if the Position is invalid for reading this data.
Remarks
This method will increase the Position by 4 bytes.
