Writes a TW_UINT16 to memory at the specified memory offset.

value: Type: SystemUInt16
The value to write.
offset: Type: SystemInt64
The number of bytes from the beginning of the memory to the start of the data.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
	Thrown if the TwainMemory has been disposed.
	Thrown if the offset is invalid for this TwainMemory object.

Remarks

This method does not change the Position of the TwainMemory object.
