Property Value

A value used for improving the thresholding results.
Remarks
In local adaptive thresholding, an individual threshold for each pixel is based on the range of intensity values in its local neighborhood. In this class, a local mean value is used as the threshold. The situation can be improved if the threshold employed is not the mean, but "mean - DifferenceThreshold". The default value is 7.
