RubberbandMoveWhenInside Property

Gets or sets a value indicating if the rubberband can be moved with the mouse.

Property Value

Type: Boolean
A value indicating if the rubberband can be moved with the mouse.
Remarks
When true the mouse changes to a size-all cursor when the inside the selection rectangle. Dragging will then move the entire selection rectangle.
