Remarks

This method requires a continuous tone image. If the source image is not continuous, it will raise the ChangePixelFormat event and convert the image to a continuous tone format, which can be 8-bit grayscale, RGB, or RGBA.

Remarks

This command is used when viewing a colormapped image in the controls when Antialiasing. It will smooth the lines and create better displays of colormapped images by efficiently converting the image from 8-bit colormapped to 24-bit RGB while it's resampling.
