SkewCommand Class

Using this command you can shift the top, bottom, left or right side of an image independently.

Remarks

This command does not work with Pixel1bppIndexed or Pixel4bppIndexedPixelFormat. If an image with one of these formats is passed into this command, it will attempt to convert it to Pixel8bppGrayscale or Pixel8bppIndexed respectively.
