The Format Specification for Photoshop Resources is available to purchase from Adobe. This document contains information for each resource ID. The data in each PhotoshopResource is stored as a byte array. The developer must know the format of each ID, available in the specification, to parse to the respective value (string, integer, raw bytes, etc).
