Passed to the PdfFormRequested event handler
so the default file system based PDF form retrieval can be overridden. Setting the
PdfDocument property will stop handler from
loading all document info from the file.

document if one was loaded to get the document info, otherwise it will be null. Setting this
property will allow forms from a different document to be loaded, if desired.
