Remarks
OmniPage OCR engine auto rotation mechanism works with multiple image attributes, mostly text lines and the amount of the text has large weight in the rotation decision.
As the result the “right” direction is the direction in which the majority text is detected. This lead to the fact that OmniPage in some cases is not able to process correctly
pages which contain text blocks with different directions. Also rotated blocks could be in the detection results with incorrect data string (as for example vertical text is tried to be recognized as horizontal).
