This event is raised before the OCR process starts, and after ImageTransformation for OCR pre-processing.

Remarks
Any processing of the image in this event handler has no effect on the image that's included in a searchable PDF or other "Hidden Text Behind Image" formats. It is reasonable to threshold a color image to bi-tonal, and to strip away non-text content in this handler.
