Configuring Tungsten Communication Server Fax over IP

  1. Start Configure FoIP from the Tungsten Communication Server group in the Windows Start Menu. The Configuration window opens in a web browser.
  2. Review and update the settings. Pay particular attention to the General tab and List of Call Peers tab, as these contain the most important configuration parameters.
  3. Click Save to confirm the changes. The Save Configuration window opens.
  4. Click Exit to close the configuration tool.
  5. Restart the FoIP process to make the changes active:
    1. Start Tungsten Communication Server Monitor from the Tungsten Communication Server group in the Windows Start Menu.
    2. Connect to the Tungsten Communication Server. List of processes running on the server is displayed.
    3. Right-click the FoIP process and click Stop. Wait until the process is stopped.
    4. Right-click the FoIP process and click Start.
