This section lists enhancements introduced to the product in Kofax Token Vault 3.7.0.
Support for one-time passcode generation and verification
This version enables users to configure one-time passcode generation method to generate one-time passcodes either in Token Vault or using an Authenticator app (such as Microsoft or Google Authenticator app) setup on the Token Vault UI and provides one-time passcode verification service for applications to use one-time passcode for authenticating users without having to implement one-time passcode generation/verification on their own.
Self-signed certificate generation for Token
This release provides a configuration option on the Token Vault UI to generate a self-signed certificate for Token Vault.
Security improvements
Effective with Kofax Token Vault 3.7.0, Token Vault supports TLS 1.3 protocol and provides a configuration option to accept requests only from those applications which are registered as Token Vault clients.
Installation on Windows 10 and 11 only for Demo purposes
This Token Vault version can be installed on Windows 10 and 11 (x64) operating systems by running the installer from administrative command prompt with the "UnsupportedOSInstall=true" parameter.
