Security issue with Copitrak Edge user and password for Pull/TWAIN
1562376: Copitrak Edge user and password configuration options for Pull/TWAIN were set in Config File Manager and stored in plain text in terminal_setup.ini.
Black Kiosk screen at device due to Copitrak Edge failure
1550536: Copitrak Edge failed, leaving the device with a black Kiosk screen.
Edge Updater Service not updating the Copitrak Edge software outside of Copitrak Edge hardware
1522921: The Edge Updater Service did not run any update when Copitrak Edge was installed on Windows 10 tablet or virtual machine, and only ran updates on the Copitrak Edge hardware.
Copitrak Edge TWAIN with Kodak Scanner produced large black margin
1500779: When Copitrak Edge was configured to work with Kodak Scanner via TWAIN, scanning through the automatic document feeder (ADF) justified the document to the right, producing a large black margin on the left.
Automatic page size detection not displayed
1496504: Copitrak Edge in TWAIN mode did not display 'Auto' as a page size detection option on the terminal even though it was configured in the configuration file.
History directory missing error when using Last Scan though Copitrak Edge
1490394: When using the Last Scan option through Copitrak Edge, the Copitrak Edge software produced an error that the History directory was missing even though the folder path, user sub-folder and last scan files correctly existed.
Black screen with mouse cursor at the Copitrak Edge terminal
1452412: The Edge terminal intermittently failed, leaving the terminal with a black screen with only a mouse cursor.
