This document type is used for bank statements from major banks and credit unions in the United States. This document can cover multiple accounts and span multiple pages. Individual transaction details are not supported.

A list of all accounts with their previous and ending balances is provided in tabular format.

A list of all transactions for all accounts is provided in tabular format.

Supported fields on this form:

• StatementDate: If the statement date is not printed on the document it is derived from the statement period and is assumed to be the period end date.

• BankName

• ClientName: If there are multiple account holders, this field contains multiple names.

• ClientStreet

• ClientCity

• ClientState

• ClientZIP

• Accounts: A table with the following columns:

  • Account Number

  • Account Type

  • Starting Balance

  • Ending Balance

• Transactions: A table with the following columns:

  • Transaction Date

  • Amount

  • Type: Withdrawal or deposit.

  • Description

  • Account Number: A single table is extracted for transactions from all accounts on the bank statement.
