Allow absolute path for the File Processor

In single-tenant mode, you can specify an absolute path to store FTP tasks data in any location other than the default. The File Processor is not available in an Azure environment. Complete the following steps to specify the absolute path.

  1. Navigate to Admin Console > Document Tree > Options.

    The Options dialog box is displayed.

  2. Scroll down and select the Allow absolute path for File Processor check box.
  3. Specify the absolute path.
    Note If you set the absolute path without selecting the check box in the preceding step, a system exception and data load failure occur.
