Known issues

This topic contains information about the potential issues that you may encounter while using Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility 1.5.0. Workarounds are provided, as applicable.

2106399	The readme.txt files available at the following locations in your Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility 1.5.0 installation files are redundant: \\KofaxAnalytics-1.5.0_For_TotalAgility\InstallTools\SilentInstall.zip \\KofaxAnalytics-1.5.0_For_TotalAgility\InstallTools\SilentUpgrade.zip Workaround: The readme.txt file available in SilentInstall.zip and SilentUpgrade.zip will be removed in the subsequent release. Refer to the Kofax Analytics For TotalAgility Administrators Guide for the instructions on silent installation and silent upgrade.
2082490	On executing the Hourly Plan in the first instance, the 'full_datetime' and 'etl_end_time' may be different by a few milliseconds.
2069772	When the document type name is more than 50 characters, the upgrade from Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility 1.4.1.2 to 1.5.0 fails when importing the 1.5 project. Workaround: Perform an upgrade to Insight 6.5 Fix Pack 6 or higher.
1979842	The Hourly Execution Plan fails if you configure the Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility database with case-sensitive collation. A database with case-sensitive collation is also not supported in TotalAgility. Workaround: Configure the database with default case-insensitive collation.
1925715, 1141025	In Document Search view , when you drill down on the Fields Changes tab on Capture Events, the Document Overview may display blank data. The dashboard can only display one activity overview at a time. If you select a different Capture activity from a subsequent document overview, it does not contain data.
1920543	The Filter field value is not displayed properly when the length of the Filter field value is very long such as 1000 characters.
1276405	When you install Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility, the dashboard views are not displayed in the language specified in the browser settings. For example, if the browser language is set to French, the dashboard Home page remains in English (or any other language that was specified previously) and does not change to French. Workaround: On the header bar of the Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility Home page, from the user profile options, use the language selector to switch to any of the supported languages.
