Extraction quality monitor
The extraction quality is determined by how many fields were accurately detected by the capture system, along with the fields that require a change by a validation operator.
Use the Extraction quality monitor report to examine overall activity related to field validation. Based on this report, you can determine how many fields were accurately detected by the system. The report displays field statistics only for the invoice header values.
The report displays the following components:
- The Extraction quality monitor shows the field validation accuracy and the dynamics of incorrect or invalid fields for the chosen period.
- The field extraction statistics table shows the field validation accuracy expressed as a percentage, on a per-field basis.
The field extraction statistics values are listed below.
- Correct and valid, or true positive - the field that was recognized with high confidence and was correct.
- Correct and invalid, or false negative - the field that was recognized with low confidence, but a capture operator confirmed the field was correct.
- Incorrect and invalid, or true negative - the field that was recognized with low confidence and a capture operator corrected the field value.
- Incorrect but valid, or false positive - the field that was recognized with high confidence, but a capture operator detected its value as incorrect and changed it.
You can filter the report data by period, company, and vendor.
