Log in to KCS Portal
You can log in to KCS Portal as an Administrator or a KCS user.
Once the user is authenticated and logged in, KCS Portal detects all Active Directory and/or local Windows user groups to which the logged-in user belongs.
Administrator Login
To connect to KCS Portal as an Administrator user, in the browser (locally, or on any other computer on the local network) type: http://<hostname>/kcsportalAdmin
In the logon prompt, provide the Windows credential.
This user has all the administrator privileges and access to all the features of KCS Portal.
User Login
To connect to KCS Portal as a user, in the browser (locally, or on any other computer on the local network) type in: http://<hostname>/kcsportal
In the logon prompt, provide the KCS users authentication. This user can only view the features which are assigned to it. This user connects to the first message server configured in the Message Server list.
