Known issues
This topic lists issues that you may encounter while working with Kofax Export Connector 8.3.0 for IBM FileNet Content Manager. Workarounds are provided, as applicable.
Invalid value exported in Kofax TotalAgility environment
1598836: In a Kofax TotalAgility environment, when an input value exceeds the defined property length, it is exported without issuing a warning. In a Kofax Capture environment the export fails with an error.
Invalid warning in error log
1594727: If you make routine updates to the settings on the export connector setup screen, the following warning appears in the log file. You can safely ignore the warning.

Unable to access Setup screen after renaming object store
1594160: If you use the Setup screen to rename the object store, and subsequently attempt to log in to the Setup screen again, a warning about a non-existent destination appears and the screen is closed.
Export to Kofax PDF unsuccessful
1583181: The export process is unsuccessful in a
Kofax Capture
environment if you export files as Kofax PDF and scan only one document
while the
Skip first page
option is selected in the export connector
settings, but not in the Document Class settings.
