Known issues

This topic contains information about known issues that you may encounter while using the export connector. Workarounds are provided, as applicable.

Incorrect date and time error

2128269: When the Tungsten Export Connector server and Microsoft SharePoint 2019 server are in different time zones, values exported to date and time columns are incorrect.

Workaround: You can enable the Use chunk upload (recommended for large files) option on the General Settings tab to get the correct date and time values. If this option is enabled, the performance is degraded because the document is updated to correct the date and time after uploading it to the SharePoint server.

Error when reopening Setup window

2123427: In Kofax Express 3.3, after exporting a batch using FOREGROUND export and modifying the document name in the Setup window, the object reference message displays.

Export fails with date/time value in Japanese era format

1523370: If a Kofax Express index field is mapped to a SharePoint date/time column in the Setup window, and the input value is in the Japanese era format, the export operation fails.
