View dashboards
In TotalAgility, multiple tenants share infrastructure and application code within a deployment to handle their workloads. It is important to ensure that each tenant is treated fairly in terms of performance, reliability, and responsiveness. If one tenant uses a significant portion of the processing power, it should not affect the performance of other tenants. The automation agents (Core Worker and Transformation) within a deployment are responsible for processing activities and system/worker tasks for all tenants. Using dashboards, administrators can monitor trends of user logons, worker and system task execution, activity overview, breakdown, and throughput. This helps troubleshoot issues, maintain system health, and adjust the capacity and behavior if needed.
The following dashboards are available on the Management Console.
