Go to the next page of a multi-page image file or the next file inserted in a document.

Last Page

CTRL, SHIFT+A

Go to the last page of a multi-page image file or the last file inserted in a document.

Reject Page

CTRL, SHIFT+R

Reject the current page.

Add Sticky Note

Attach a note to the form.

The Sticky notes that you add here are displayed in Web capture control.

Display Annotations

CTRL, E

Turn the display of sticky notes and annotations on or off.

Zoom In

CTRL, +

Zoom in to view detail of the document. Press multiple times to increase magnification.

Zoom Out

CTRL, -

Zoom out to view more of the document. Press multiple times to decrease magnification.

Lasso Zoom

CTRL, L

CTRL, Alt+L to lock

Quickly zoom to an area lassoed by the mouse. This zoom mode can be locked, which is indicated by a boarder around the icon.

Best Fit

CTRL, 1

Resize the document image so it fits in the entire Image Viewer.

Fit Page to Width

CTRL, 2

Zoom the image to fit the width in the Image Viewer.

Fit Page to Height

CTRL, 3

Zoom the image to fill the height in the Image Viewer

Rotate View Left

SHIFT+LEFT ARROW

Rotate the page view 90° to the left. Keyboard shortcut applies only to initial installation, for upgrades this is not assigned.

Rotate View Right

SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW

Rotate the page view 90° to the right. Keyboard shortcut applies only to initial installation, for upgrades this is not assigned.

Rotate view 180 degrees

SHIFT+UP ARROW

Rotate the page view 180°. Keyboard shortcut applies only to initial installation, for upgrades this is not assigned.

Revert View

SHIFT+DOWN ARROW

Revert temporary page view to original orientation. Keyboard shortcut applies only to initial installation, for upgrades this is not assigned.

Rotate Left

CTRL, G

Rotate the page 90° to the left.

Rotate Right

CTRL, SHIFT+G

Rotate the page 90° to the right.

Rotate 180 degrees

CTRL, M

Rotate the page 180°.

Previous Problem

Override Problem

Override the current problem and puts the document into a valid state.

Restore Problem

CTRL+ALT+n

The keyboard shortcut is unmapped by default and must be manually configured by your administrator. The shortcut shown here is a suggestion only. Display alternate image for current page, where n is any value from 0 to 5. The source image (S in the toolbar icon) for the page corresponds to 0.
