Modify the properties of an activity

You can change the following properties of an activity.

  • Priority

  • Due Date

  • Duration

  • Static resources assigned to an activity.

    You cannot modify the resources of an activity that uses rules, the Previous resource, and dynamic resource options set in TotalAgility Designer.

  1. On the Administration menu, click View Process.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Select a category, process and version.
  3. Click View Process.

    The selected map appears.

  4. Click the activity to modify.

    The various options available for the activity appear.

  5. View and modify properties as required. See Commonly used buttons and icons for more information.

    Information

    View the activity properties.

    Priority

    In the Priority box, set the priority level and click Update.

    Due Date

    In the Target Due Date box, modify the date in days, hours, minutes, and seconds, and click Update.

    Duration

    In the Target Duration box, modify the expected duration in days, hours, minutes, and seconds, and click Update.

    Resources

    Drag the resource, group or role from the Available Resources list to the Selected Resources list and click Update.

    To delete a resource, on the Selected Resources list, move the pointer over the resource to remove and click Delete.
