Translate the elements into supported languages
You can translate categories, forms, global variables, navigation, page renditions, process, skins, SLA and work types.

- Navigate to Translation.

On the
Translate list, select an element, such as
Process.
The following items for the selected process appear in the Base language (language the item was created in).

Process name

Process description

Node name: Lists all nodes in the process.

Node description: Lists description of all the nodes in the process.

Milestones name: Lists all milestones associated with the process.

State name: Lists all states associated with the process.

Role name : Lists all roles associated with the process.
Note If the description for any of the above items is empty, then the item is not displayed for translation.The overridden items within skins are also available for translation.

- On the Process list, select the Process, Case or Case fragment to translate.

Click
Translate.
The Translation dialog box is displayed.

To add languages for translation, click
Add languages.
The Add languages dialog box is displayed.

Select the languages for translation. To select all languages, click
Add all.
The selected languages are added to the Selected items box.
To remove a selected language, click for the language. To remove all the selected languages, click Remove all.

Click
Done.
For every selected language, a column is added for entry of the translated text.
- Enter the equivalent term for each attribute in the columns for the supported languages.

Click
Save.
Resource files for translation are generated, and you can view the item as it would appear in the supported languages at runtime.
Similarly, translate other elements such as categories, forms and more.
