Note The following settings from the Scan Profile are used for file import:

After the documents are scanned, they appear as thumbnails in the Multi-Document Thumbnail Viewer.

Importing PDF files

You can also import PDF files. Within the application, the PDF files are read-only and cannot be modified or marked up with sticky notes. Imported PDF files are sent intact from the application to the rest of the workflow.

Unlike image files, TotalAgility creates a single document for each imported PDF file.

You must have the Adobe PDF Reader or a compatible plugin installed for your browser to view imported PDF files. Adobe Reader displays PDF documents in the Image Viewer. Imported PDF files do not appear in the Multi-Document Thumbnail Viewer. Because the files are read-only, you cannot save any annotations or edits you make in Adobe Reader.

Process PDF files later in the workflow, after the job has been created and the PDF file is saved as a tiff file. Then you can add sticky notes to the resulting tiff images.
