Properties of a Work queue control

Configure the work queue control under the following tabs:

General

Property	Description
Type	The type of the control.
Name	A unique name for the work queue control.
Tooltip	The supplementary information that displays on hovering the mouse over the work queue at runtime.
Enabled	Enables the control at runtime. (Default: Selected)
Security token	Makes the information in the control secure. See Security tokens.
Visible	Makes the control visible at runtime. (Default: Selected)
Session ID	A Session ID validates and identifies the currently logged-on user. Session ID can be a global variable, form variable, or form control.
Resource ID	Resource ID (such as, a supervisor) helps to identify and monitor the pending activities of another individual resource, group, or a role. Select the required global variable, form variable, or form control. The information displayed is based on property. Note The session ID must be valid. When you map both the Session ID and Resource ID to the control, at runtime the resource information is displayed based on the Resource ID. If you take up an activity that is assigned to a group which you are not part of, then the activity fails. When you only map the Session ID and not the Resource ID to the control, at runtime the resource information is displayed based on the Session ID.
