Downloading device logs

If your MFP can generate a log file, you can download it in Devices. The log shows activity related to Kofax TotalAgility.

  1. On the Navigation panel, select Devices and then select from the list of devices the one with the log you want to download.
  2. Click Download Log.

    The log file is downloaded where your browser normally stores downloaded files.
