Properties of a Composite control

- Enabled

Enables the control at runtime.
- Name

By default, the control ID appears as the name of the control. Change the ID to make the control easier to identify during mapping.
- Tooltip

Use a tooltip to add supplementary information about the control.
- State

Choose whether the control state is hidden, optional or mandatory. (Default: Optional)
- Security Token
- Apply security tokens to make the form more secure. See Security tokens.
- Disable Automatic Field Navigation

Allow the control to automatically disable field navigation at runtime.
- Complete Activity

Allows a resource to complete an activity. (Default: Yes)
Note This additional property is available when you generate a Take Activity form for a Validation, Scan, Verification or Document Review activity. For upgrade forms, set this property to Yes, only when Complete and Take Next Activity is set to No. - Complete and Take Next Activity

Allows a resource to complete the current activity and take the next activity.
Note This additional property is available when you generate a Take Activity form for a Validation, Scan, Verification or Document Review activity. - Auto Complete Behavior

This property is available only when Complete and Complete and Take Next activity are both set to Yes.

- Rejection Reasons

Click Hide to prevent the confirmation prompt from appearing while splitting the document at runtime. (Default: Show)
Note The Merge Document Confirmation Prompt and Split Document Confirmation Prompt properties are only available for Scan Create New Job, Scan - Take Activity, Validation and Document Review forms. - Inherit From System
- Click Yes to inherit the properties of the thumbnail panel display mode from system settings. See Forms (Thumbnail Panel Display Mode).
- Document Variant
- Consume a document variant (string value)as a global variable, form
variable or form field or enter a static value in the
Document Variant
box.
Note the following:
- The Document Variant option is only available when you generate a Scan Create New Job or Scan - Take Activity form.
- When you apply a validation rule, all hidden fields are considered valid, and if you configure multi-field validation rule and some of the required fields are hidden, the multi-field rule is still executed.
- When you take a activity or create a new job using Scan, the variant is applied to the document at the point of creation.
- When you design a variant, ensure that the required fields are visible for the multi-field validation rule to execute.

- Consume an activity variant (string value) as a global variable,

Activity Variant
box.
Note the following:
- The Activity variant option is only available when you generate a Take Activity form for a Scan, Validation, Verification or a Document Review activity.
