Delete a process

  1. On the Process Designer Explorer, click Processes.

    A list of all the processes appears.

  2. Click the Process or Case button to select the type of process to delete.
  3. Click the button for the process to delete and click Delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
    Note To delete specific versions of the process, select the version and click Delete. The selected version and all the previous versions are deleted. For example, if you click Version 3 and then click Delete, the version 1 and version 2 of the process are also deleted.

Delete a specific version of a process

  1. On the Process Designer Explorer, click Processes.

    A list of all the processes appears.

  2. Click the Process or Case button to select the type of process to delete.
  3. Click the button for the process to delete and click Versions.
  4. Click the button for the version to delete and click Delete.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

    The selected version and all the previous versions of the process are deleted. For example, if you delete version 3, version 1 and version 2 are also deleted.
