Create a database server

On the
Tenant Management System page, click
Database Servers.
The Add/Update Database Server page appears.
- In the Server Name box, enter a name for the On-Premise server.
- In the Database Server Name box, enter the name for the database On-Premise Server.
- On the Database Server Type list, select the database server type. For example, SQL Server.
- In the Database Creator Name box, enter the username of the user that has the access to create the databases for tenants in the SQL Server.
- In the Database Creator Password box, enter the password of the user that has the access to create the databases for tenants in the SQL Server.
- In the Login Creator Name box, enter the username of the user that has access to create the user logins for tenants in the SQL Server.
- In the Login Creator Password box, enter the password of the user that has access to create the user logins for tenants in the SQL Server.

Click
Create.
The Database Server is created.
- Click Close.
Update a database server

On the
Tenant Management System page, click
Database Servers.
The Add/Update Database Server page appears.
- Select the database server to update.

Edit the database server details as needed and click
Update.
A message appears to confirm.

Click
Yes.
The database server is updated.
Delete a database server

On the
Tenant Management System page, click
Database Servers.
The Add/Update Database Server page appears.
- Select the database server to delete.

Click
Delete.
A message appears to confirm.

Click
Yes.
The database server is deleted.
