Interpolating a table
Use interpolation to manually define a small number of rows in a large table (usually one row is enough), then automatically extract the remainder of the table. In order for interpolation to work correctly, assign OCR data from the image to every cell in a row.
-
Define a row manually.
- Select a row to define. This can be an existing row with invalid data or a newly added row.
-
Select the first cell in the row, and using the image, click
on the value for that cell. Do this for the rest of the cells in that row.
Important Interpolation will only work if zones from the image are associated with the table cells.
-
Click
Interpolate Rows.
You must select the table row to use for interpolation, otherwise the button is not available.
