Display Annotations

Turn the display of sticky notes and annotations on or off.

Draw Permanent Redaction

Not available

Permanently alter the image to hide sensitive data on images by drawing a rectangle in the image viewer area and burning the redaction into the image. Draw a redaction by holding the left mouse and dragging the mouse pointer. Alternatively, double-click the Draw Permanent Redaction button to draw the rectangle. You can draw multiple redactions to all pages of a single document as needed.

In scan forms (Scan create new job and Scan Activity), you can add permanent redactions only when all images are uploaded and associated with the pages, that is, when the "Create Job" or "Complete Activity" button on the form becomes available.

Zoom In

Zoom in to view detail of the document. Press multiple times to increase magnification.

Zoom Out

CTRL, -

Zoom out to view more of the document. Press multiple times to decrease magnification.

Lasso Zoom

CTRL, L

CTRL, ALT+L

Quickly zoom to an area lassoed by the mouse. This zoom mode can be locked, which is indicated by a boarder around the icon.

Best Fit

Resize the document image so it fits in the entire Image Viewer.

Fit Page to Width

Zoom the image to fit the width in the Image Viewer.

Fit Page to Height

Zoom the image to fill the height in the Image Viewer

Rotate View Left

Rotate View Right

Rotate View 180 degrees

Revert View

Rotate Left

Rotate the page 90° to the left.

Rotate 180 degrees

Show Source Image

The keyboard shortcut is unmapped by default and must be manually configured by your administrator. The shortcut shown here is a suggestion only. Display alternate image for current page, where n is any value from 0 to 5. The source image (S in the toolbar icon) for the page corresponds to 0.

Download Selected

CTRL, ALT+S

Download the images (TIFF images) of the current document or page. You can download the TIFF images for documents without source file.

If a document has multiple images (for example, source file, TIFF images and generated PDF), you can choose the image type to download.

Print Selected

CTRL, ALT+I

Print the current document, folder (all documents within a folder) or page.

Apply Permanent Redactions

Not available

Apply the permanent redactions for the current document so that the redactions are saved on the server. Once permanent redactions are applied, the Image Viewer and the corresponding thumbnails are refreshed with the updated image if you stay on the currently displayed page, and the redactions are removed from the Image Viewer.

Applying permanent redaction is an irreversible action.

Delete document

Merge Documents

Merge the documents.

Split Document

Split the document.

Get Source File

CTRL, SHIFT+O

Download the source file.

If the source file is a PDF, the file along with the applied permanent redactions are downloaded.

Delete the pages from a document.

Swap Front and Back Sides

Swap the front and back sides of a page.

Customize Layout

Not available

Customize the layout of each panel header.

A nested menu is displayed for each panel. When you hover the mouse over the menu items, the affected panels are highlighted. For example, when you hover over "Swap With Viewer Panel" Navigator menu item, the opacity of the affected panels is changed.

The headers for Navigator, Fields, Thumbnails, and Current Error panels are hidden by default and are displayed only when you collapse the corresponding panel.
