The Generative AI activity, Generative AI chat control, Generative AI action, and Quick Workflow solution are updated to include a new source format, "Text". When using AI features, this format helps you provide text to the Copilot, instead of an image. The text is provided to the AI provider in an optimized (narrated) order.

If the document has layout text, such as a semi-structured document (invoice, purchase order, or other) or a fixed form, the document text can provide better results than the results returned using a Custom LLM provider. This feature supports the same file types as Transformation Designer.

TotalAgility supports OAuth clients. The OAuth client represents an external application that accesses TotalAgility REST APIs using OAuth authorization.

When working with the Copilot for Extraction, you can use either Open AI or Azure Open AI as the provider.

The new "Add Auto Extract field" method available in TotalAgility Quick Capture uses a Large Language Model to extract data from a document. You can provide the field names or a simple worded description to describe the data you want to extract without the need for additional configuration, scripts, or training. You can add multiple auto extract fields on a single document, and also combine auto extract fields with suggested fields and lassoed fields.

For example, a field called "FirstName" could be described as "The first name of the person submitting this form" or a field named "UtilityBillType" could be described as the "type of utility (such as Gas, Power, or Water". In both examples, for most of the documents, this description is sufficient to extract the data for many variations of the document type. No further configuration is needed.

The same functionality is available as "Auto Extract Locator" in the Transformation Designer.
