Test your Quick Workflow solution
You can test your Quick Workflow solution by walking through the steps that a Submitter would use to request a product enhancement and that a Product Manager would use to review and act on that request.

Launch
TotalAgility Workspace
from the Start Menu or access it directly using a URL similar to this one:
http://<machine name>/TotalAgility/forms

On the header bar of your Workspace, click the
Apps menu.
The App List page appears.

On the
App Types list, select
Quick Workflow.
The new Enhancement Request workflow is displayed as a card.

Click the
Enhancement Request workflow.
The Quick Workflow dashboard displays the interface you created to allow employees to generate product enhancement requests.
At this point, you will act as a QA Engineer who has an idea for a product enhancement.

Click the blue
Start Enhancement Request button near the top right of the dashboard.
The Enhancement Request page is displayed.
- Enter a few details about your product enhancement idea. For example, in the Title field, enter "Quick Link"; in the Description field, enter "Please add a quick link to the main page" and on the Product list, select "Brand1."

Click
Submit.
A new "job" is created within the Enhancement Request Quick Workflow solution, which is displayed as "Brand1 PM Review" and ready to be completed by a Product Manager.
At this point, you will act as a Brand1 Product Manager who must review the Brand1 enhancement requests that appear on this page.

Click the "Brand1 PM Review" enhancement request link that appears under the
Activity Name column.
The Enhancement Request is opened.
- Let's say that as a Product Manager, you decide you need more information in order to approve this enhancement request. So in the PM Comment field, enter "Where is the quick link needed?" and on the Status list, select "More Info Requested."

Click
Complete.
The Quick Workflow dashboard for the Enhancement Request solution is updated. Note that only new enhancement requests that have not yet been reviewed and acted upon appear under the Activities tab.

Click the
Jobs tab (next to the Activities tab) to review all enhancement requests (jobs), in every state of
their workflow, as shown in the example below (actual contents may vary).

On the
Jobs list, a Product Manager can click the process name to view more detailed information for that
instance and take an action.

Click
Back to Dashboard to return to the Enhancement Request solution dashboard.
Congratulations! You have successfully created and tested your Quick Workflow solution.
