Toolbars and buttons

In addition to the main toolbar, several other toolbars are available in some of the tabs.

Main Toolbar - Gives quick access to main features for the Synchronization Tool.
Classes Buttons - Used for mapping Kofax Transformation Modules classes to Kofax Capture form types.
Fields Buttons - Used for mapping extraction fields defined for the project to Kofax Capture index fields.
Folders Buttons - Used for mapping Kofax Transformation Modules folders to Kofax Capture folder.
Folder Fields Buttons - Used for mapping Kofax Transformation Modules folder fields to Kofax Capture folder index fields.
Synchronize Buttons - Used for synchronizing the Kofax Transformation project.

Table 1. Main Toolbar
Icons	Description
	Load Project Opens the Open Project File window where you can browse the designated project.
	Add a New Document Class Adds a new document class in the Kofax Capture Document Classes Panel.
	Add Form Type Adds new form types in the Kofax Capture Document Classes Panel
	Delete Deletes only new document classes and new form types that are not already synchronized with Kofax Capture.

Buttons	Description
	Create a Document Class and a Form Type for each selected class Creates a new document class and form type in the list of Kofax Capture document classes for each selected class.
	Create a Form Type for each selected class Creates, for each selected class, a new form type for the document class that is currently selected in the right pane.
	Assign selected classes to form type Assigns all classes selected in the left pane to the form type selected in the right pane.

Buttons	Description
	Create new index field Creates a new index field with a name that you provide.
	Create a new index field with the name of the extraction field and assign it Creates a new index field with the name of the selected extraction field and automatically assigns it. Multi-selection is not supported.
	Create new index field for each extraction field and assign it Creates a new index field for each extraction field and automatically assigns it.
	Create new index field for each extraction field in all classes and assign it Creates a new index field for each extraction field and automatically assigns it. This is done for all index fields in all classes of the project.

Buttons	Description
	Create new folder class Creates a new folder class in Kofax Capture.
	Create a new folder class with the name of the selected folder and assign it Creates a new folder class with the name of the selected project folder.
	Create new folder classes for all project folders and assign them Creates a new folder class for each project folder and assigns it.

Buttons	Description
	Create new folder/batch field Creates a new folder index field for the sleeted folder class on the left side of the pane.
	Create new folder/batch field in Kofax Capture with current name and assign it Creates a new index or batch field with the name of the selected folder field.
	Create new folder/batch field in Kofax Capture for each extraction field and assign it: Creates a new index or batch field for each existing file in the selected folder.

Button	Description
	Synchronize Starts the synchronization process. A progress bar is displayed during synchronization.
