User development tools

The following development tools are considered as 'fully supported' by the Capture SDK.

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2010-SP1

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2012

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2013.4

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2015.3

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2017

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 (used to produce the Capture SDK)

Other (not tested) development environments with COM and / or .NET Framework 4.7.2 or upper should also work with Capture SDK. The required minimum Microsoft Visual C/C++ Runtime Libraries version is 2015-2019.
