Access this dialog box by clicking the Folder Notes button
in the Tools ribbon.
In the Folder Notes dialog box, you can change the folder color and enter or change the folder-level properties (subject, author and keywords):
Location — This displays the place of the folder within your folder structure.
Subject — Enter subject or comment text that is valid for the folder.
Author — Enter the name of someone or something associated with the folder.
Keywords —
Enter words that summarize the content of items stored in the folder.
In PaperPort Professional, these item properties can be applied automatically to all new PDF items that arrive in the folder either by scanning, file transfer or from DesktopDelivery. They are then available for searching and indexing.
