Product activation

The Tungsten Power PDF for Mac Product Activation dialog box appears when you start Tungsten Power PDF for Mac while the product is not activated.

Activation requires an Internet connection but does not send or expose any user or application data; the activation process confirms that you have a valid serial number that is not in use elsewhere.

The product activation dialog box includes the following options:

Start in Trial Mode: Skip activation under the trial period, which lasts for 15 days from the day of the installation. As the trial period ends, Power PDF requires activation to continue operation.
Sign in to Cloud License Server: Select this option for licenses handled by Tungsten Cloud License Server. As you click Next, the product activation dialog forwards you to the Cloud License Server login page in your browser. Use the login method supported by your organization, select your tenant, if applicable, and return to this dialog to finish the product activation. Power PDF verifies your license automatically as long your remain logged in.
To switch to another license, log out from Tungsten Cloud License Server with the Tungsten Power PDF for Mac > Sign out command. This sets the product as non-activated and initiates a new product activation process.

Activate with Serial Number: End the trial period by providing a serial number that is not in use elsewhere.
Purchase Serial Number: Access the Tungsten website to purchase a Power PDF for Mac license with a serial number that can be used for the activation.
