User rights control which actions users and user groups are allowed to do in Capture Components Administration. These are referred to as administration rights.
By default, users and user groups are assigned all rights.
Users might belong to several user groups that affect their user rights.
User rights are granted to users as they are logged on. For example, if users do not have the right to open Capture Components Administration, a "Log in failed" message is displayed, and they are prompted to enter a correct user name and password.
